What’s a podcast? In a nutshell, it’s an on-demand radio or video program. There’s a much larger definition here if you’re interested.
On our podcast, Talent Management Talks, I’ll be interviewing some of the outspoken thought leaders in the HR space and you can watch it, or listen to it, all unfold right here. We’re going to try to make it monthly to begin with and see where that takes us. If you have suggestions for who I should be speaking with, please email me or post your ideas in the comments section below.
You can watch the first episode here, or continue reading for a little more about what to expect.

That’s where my conversation with Laurie begins as she tells us why she thinks those are a waste of time and what she’d like to hear in those sessions to make them really worthwhile. Other topics I explore with Laurie include:
Laurie is one of strongest voices in HR and she always has so much amazing insight to share. You’re going to love the conversation, I know I did.
